Troubleshooting

In case you cannot connect to your Smart Garden;

  • Make sure your Bluetooth settings are turned on.

  • Make sure your modem is 2.4 GHz frequency compatible.

  • Your modem password must comply with the WPA2 encryption protocol.

    • Password must be at least 8 characters long.

    • Password must contain at least 1 uppercase and lowercase letter, number, and special character.

  • Your modem name should not contain spaces.

  • Check your Internet connection.

In the mobile application, if you do not grant permission to all requested permissions, you may experience issues on the pairing screen; therefore, please ensure that you have granted approval for all notifications.
