Troubleshooting
In case you cannot connect to your Smart Garden;

Make sure your Bluetooth settings are turned on.

Make sure your modem is 2.4 GHz frequency compatible.

Your modem password must comply with the WPA2 encryption protocol.

Password must be at least 8 characters long.

Password must contain at least 1 uppercase and lowercase letter, number, and special character.

Your modem name should not contain spaces.
-
Check your Internet connection.
In the mobile application, if you do not grant permission to all requested permissions, you may experience issues on the pairing screen; therefore, please ensure that you have granted approval for all notifications.
