Pesticides are substances used to control pests and mostly used in traditional farming. Since Vahaa Smart Garden allows you to grow indoor, you do not worry about the pests. Therefore, you do not need to use any pesticides while growing your plants in the Vahaa Smart Garden.

After harvesting your plants in Vahaa Smart Garden, you need to perform some maintenance and cleaning tasks before starting new journey. First, disconnect the Smart Garden from the power source. After removing the LED Module, you should remove the Pump Module from its place (as shown in Quick Start). Then, using a damp cloth, thoroughly clean all plastic parts and let them dry before reassembly. After draining the water nutrient solution in the water tank, you should clean the inside of the water tank thoroughly and wipe it with a damp cloth. For that purpose, you should not place your Smart Garden to direct sun exposure, close to a radiator, under an air conditioner, on a sloping surface, next to the window or balcony. Plants are like human beings, they do need to sleep as well. Thanks to automation system, Vahaa Smart Garden operates at specific intervals so lights will be on for 16 hours and off for 8 hours (depending on the plant types). By using Vahaa Mobile App, you can adjust when grow lights will be on. By doing so, you can provide your plants with the appropriate amount of light to support optimal growth. In addition, you can set the time intervals for the lights to be on, and you have the flexibility to adjust them differently for the summer and winter seasons.

The growing lights in Vahaa Smart Garden are not UV so it is not harmful for human health. However, you should definitely prevent from directly looking at growing lights with the naked eye.
